Privacy policy
How we process your personal data and what rights you have.
Controller of your personal data
Unique Service Partner Sp. z o.o., ul. Obrzeżna 7, 02-691 Warszawa (USP)
For what purpose and on what basis do we process your data?
When you contact USP, your personal data will be processed for contact purposes, including handling the inquiry submitted via the form available at https://uspartner.pl/, sent by e-mail or made by telephone.
The legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — the controller’s legitimate interest in corresponding with persons requesting information from USP and handling such inquiries.
Providing data is not mandatory, but is necessary to exchange correspondence.
Who will your data be shared with?
USP shares personal data with other recipients who have been entrusted with processing data on behalf of and for USP. Data will be disclosed to other recipients to the extent required by law.
Except for the tools described in the “Analytics, advertising and cookies” section, your data will not be transferred to third countries or international organisations.
How long will we process your data?
Personal data will be processed for the duration of correspondence between you and USP, but no longer than until you object.
What are your rights?
You have the right to:
- access your personal data and obtain a copy of the personal data being processed;
- rectify your inaccurate data;
- request erasure of data (right to be forgotten) under the circumstances set out in Article 17 GDPR;
- request restriction of processing in the cases set out in Article 18 GDPR;
- object to processing in the cases set out in Article 21 GDPR;
- data portability for data you have provided that is processed by automated means.
If you believe your personal data is being processed unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (UODO, ul. Stawki 2, Warsaw, Poland).
Analytics, advertising and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 (visit statistics) and Google Ads (measuring how well our ads perform). Both services are provided by Google Ireland Limited. These tools store cookies in your browser and process data about how you use the site — for example which pages you visited and whether you submitted a contact form.
Until you give consent, all of these tools run in a restricted mode (Consent Mode v2): they store no cookies and cannot identify you. Before you make a decision, only limited technical data (e.g. IP address, browser information, the address of the page visited) reaches Google — without cookies and without identifying you. The legal basis for processing is your consent — Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Consent is voluntary, and refusing it does not restrict your use of the site or your ability to contact us.
We store your choice in a cookie named “usp_consent” for 365 days. You may change or withdraw it at any time, without giving a reason, using the “Manage consent (cookies)” button in the footer of every page. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
Data collected by Google’s tools may be transferred to third countries, including the United States. Such transfers are based on the European Commission’s adequacy decision (EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework) or on standard contractual clauses.
